Below is our final 2012 on-site training calendar for both semi-private AND bootcamp training. Our fitness membership programs operate on a 3-weeks on, 1-week off training schedule. This format is scientifically proven to maximize training results while providing for the necessary pre-planned mental and physical regeneration for long-term success and injury prevention.

Phase #1- January 2nd to January 20th


Phase #2-
January 30th to February 17th

Phase #3- February 27th to March 16th

Phase #4- April 2nd to April 20th

Phase #5- April 30th to May 18th

Phase #6- May 30th to June 20th

Phase #7- July 2nd to July 20th

Phase #8- July 30th to August 17th

Phase#9- September 5th to September 25th

Phase#10- October 1st to October 19th

Phase#11- October 29th to November 16th

Phase#12- November 26th to December 14th

***END OF YEAR 2-WEEK BREAK: Training resumes on Thursday,
January 3rd!
