Meet Frank Daniels
My name is Frank
Daniels. I am the Creator and Fitness Director
of Get Your Fitness On Boot Camps.
I would like to personally thank you for taking the
time to get to know me better before you sign up for my
program.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also a lifetime athlete, in general a workout and fitness fanatic! I have been helping people reshape their bodies and change their lives since 2005. Along the way I have mastered the art of providing fun and effective workouts in a group environment.
I started Get Your Fitness On Boot Camps because I realized that people needed something more diverse than what is being offered to them. Some people thrive on the motivation that is generated from exercising in a group setting; others just need something different to add to their workout routines. But the main reason I started Get Your Fitness On Boot Camps was to get results! My goal is to supply people with the knowledge and the tools to achieve their goals and beyond. I noticed that there is something missing from most commercial health clubs which are more concerned with their bottom line then your health and fitness.
The issue of health and fitness hits very close to home for me. When I was 2 years old my Father became very ill with Multiple Sclerosis. He went from being perfectly healthy to being bound to a wheel chair overnight. His speech became impaired and he lost control of most of his functions. It was difficult for me growing up. I was raised by my grandmother, who spent most of her time working as a waitress. My brother and I spent most of our time taking care of my father. In November of 2008 the complications of MS would ultimately take my father's life.

You don't think I never struggled with my weight do you?
It is difficult for me to put a positive spin on this. But if you get to know me you will find that I manage to put a positive spin on everything. There is something to be learned from every situation; and sometimes the greatest lessons are learned and come about from the worst situations.
I have also had to come back from injuries. I tore the ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) in both my right and left knees on 2 separate occasions. And if you know about sports injuries you know that is a substantial injury with a rigorous rehabilitation process. I have had a total of 5 knee surgeries along with a broken lower right leg. But I am happy to say that I have worked myself back to pre-injury form. It was painful and a lot of hard work but nothing was going to damper my determination to be the best that I can be.
There were times when I wasn't so great at handling the adversity in my life. The injuries and my Father's health was a lot to deal with. The truth is that I spent a lot of time feeling sorry for myself. But I found I was missing something. I was missing the fact that while my father was not able to do the things that healthy people were able to do, I, myself, had all the ability in the world to do whatever I wanted in life. I needed to stop spending time focusing on the things I did not have and instead learn to start appreciating all the things that I do have.
I have my health!
And I have opportunity!
(And by the way that's the short list)
And I'll be damned if I don't use those things to the utmost of my abilities!
Your health is the foundation in which you can base the success of all the other areas of your life. You know this because without your health, all other things become that much more difficult and sometimes near impossible. But I promise you, if you build a strong foundation by taking care of your health, the opportunities that life presents you will remain endless. Overlook the value of this and risk giving that opportunity away.
The main reason why I tell my story, which I promise you is not something I do often, is so that people know that they are dealing with a real person. You are dealing with someone who has survived a struggle and adverse challenges. With all of the things that I have been through in my life (and trust me this is the shortened version) I have come through it with a positive outlook.
Change is possible. And truly the only things not possible are the things that you believe are not possible. Show me a person who thinks they can and I will show you a person who is able to accomplish!
So this is your opportunity!
The very fact that you are reading this right now tells me that you are looking to improve your fitness in some way. Maybe you are not happy with the way you look and feel. You've tried everything and it just hasn't worked for you. Maybe you are stuck at a plateau in your progress and you just need a great way to add a killer workout to your routine. Or (and hopefully this is not the case) your health and your life depends on your ability to change your fitness lifestyle.
All very valid reasons.
Because you, like me, have a story. Everybody does. You have a story that is specific to you and your situation. It is important to you because it is yours and it is the life that you know. You have your own struggles and adversities. You have things that drive you as I have things that drive me.
These things are very powerful.
They have the power to propel you to do great things.
My life and my passion is fitness! I live it and I love it! I would never dream of being without it. I never take it for granted because I know first hand how easily it can be taken away. And once it is gone, sometimes it is too late.
I don't want that for myself.
And I definitely don't want that for you!
So you have a choice. You can continue to walk the path that you have been traveling, more often than not, getting nowhere fast. Or you can put your faith in me.
My dedication in life is to help people, people like you, achieve their goals in health and fitness.
I am without a doubt up for the challenge!
The question is are you?
