So I’ve been doing Get Your Fitness
On Boot Camp (GYFO BC) for about 6 months
now and the best part about it is the results I’ve seen.
I went from a size 8 to a size 4 J and dropped 20 pounds
(from 145 to 125)…..feels great!
I’ve always been one to kind of fluctuate because I
would do all of these crazy diets and spend an
insane amount of time in the gym or running around a track
and by the time I got down to my goal weight I would be
tired and start slacking and next thing I know I’m back at my
starting point. I wasn’t making healthy changes in my
lifestyle that I could keep up with or that were even
healthy to try to keep up with. The difference this
time around is that I’m at my goal weight and I really
feel like I’m just getting started. I came in knowing that I
wasn’t looking for a “quick fix” because a “quick fix”
usually means the weight all comes back when you can’t
keep up with whatever you had to do for that “quick fix”. And
I found all the tools I needed to make the real, lasting
changes I was looking to make. Frank is a wealth of
knowledge and always available to provide it! The
workouts are great and there is really something
about group work that is motivational. It’s awesome to
be in a group of like-minded, focused
individuals and to see the changes in them too. I also love
that I feel a lot more toned at my goal weight
and I know it’s because of the weights we use in class
and all of the strength work Frank does with us.
Looking forward to getting stronger, more toned and
being in the best shape of my life! FOR THE REST OF MY

Get
Your Fitness On Boot Camp has been an
uplifting experience-- physically & mentally
for me. I joined the 6am boot camp in April 2010
after being unemployed for 5 months. I was
completely unmotivated after losing my job. I felt
physically incapable. After the first week, I knew
this was something I wanted to dedicate myself too.
It was exciting, challenging, and made exercising
fun and interesting.
Frank assured me that if I wanted to change and put
my mind to it I could. The changes in my overall
attitude and body is apparent to all close
friends and family. Frank gives you the support you
need to make the right lifestyle changes to obtain a
healthy lifestyle that works for each and
every person. This is not a quick fix. It is hard
work. But if you dedicate yourself you will
see changes and improvements in many
different areas of your life.

I've
been participating in
Frank's Boot Camp class since
January 2010 and have been able to see amazing results
in a short time frame.
I used to spend hours at the gym doing an hour of
cardio and an hour of total body
conditioning/strength training about 4-5 times a
week and now I'm investing 20-30 minutes, 3
times a week and seeing better results, in a
much faster time period.
But it doesn't end there. the key to changing the
way you look requires a change in attitude and a
careful look at one's nutrition habits. Frank is
there every step of the way to guide and offer
insightful information in regards to proper
nutrition and positive thinking. He cares
about your well being and about you successfully
reaching your health goals.

has been training me for about two years now and
within the past few months I have added his
Boot Camp to my
repertoire. Three mornings a week I am motivated
and challenged to work out harder than
I thought I could. The driven atmosphere
Frank creates in class inspires you to go beyond

physical capability. The entire room is
extremely focused and at the end everyone is
beat
up from the intense workout but smiling as he
shares his knowledge of nutrition and overall

cannot say enough good things about
Get Your Fitness On Boot
Camp. For 8 years I had failed to find
the time or energy for exercise while I was
busy juggling a career and 4 young children - then,
on a whim, I bid on a one-month
Boot Camp at a
school auction and won - that bid was honestly one
of the best decisions I've made in a long time!
Three months (and 8 pounds!) later, I am addicted,
and feel fabulous - Frank's workouts
are intense, challenging and fun, and I

I first joined Get Your
Fitness On Boot Camp I really thought it
was going to be the hardest thing I have ever done.
Turns out, I was right. However at the same time it
was also the greatest thing I have ever done. Since
being a part of the Boot
Camp which I have for the past 3 months
and still have 3 more ahead of me, I have really
never felt better about myself. I love
leaving there every night feeling like I have
accomplished something. Not only is the work out
amazing, so is Frank. I definitely would not be
able to get through each workout without him
there cheering me on and telling me to go for it. He
gives me motivation to want to work harder

Hi. My name is Kimberly Cardone and I have been an
exercise fanatic since I was 17 years old. My
routines have varied from cardio, strength training,
weight lifting, gymnastics, group classes, biking,
running, swimming, yoga, Pilates, etc. – You name
it, I have tried it. In January 2010 I decided to

BOOT CAMP a try. I have personally
